Join us on a guided mountain biking ride to Narrow Neck near Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, a Plateau that stretches out into the wilderness dividing the Jamison and Megalong Valleys. One of the best rides in the Blue Mountains, you'll enjoy amazing views all the way on this awesome ride. The track is well maintained with the majority of the ride undulating, with 4 steep climbs and a couple of short, steep gullies which provide excitement. The views at the end across the valley are simply the best you will see. Lunch and snacks are provided to enjoy along the way. Half day guided tours available daily.

Prices are per person in Australian dollars and include GST. A booking fee of $3.50 applies.

Important: While we always endeavour to take you on your preferred date, if we don't have minimum numbers on the day we will call you to reschedule, or where another date is not possible, refund your booking in full. If you are a solo traveller please email us for availability before booking.

Fitness level Required: Ride Grade: Moderate. Ride from 20kms with a few steep inclines. A moderate level of fitness is required for this ride. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Weather conditions: This activities will normally operate in all but exceptional weather conditions. Conditions such as fog, mist, drizzle, showers, rain, sleet and windy conditions do not affect normal operation of our activities.

This is a half day mountain biking ride.

• Sydney Hotel Pickups are at approximately: 9.30am
• Meet time in the Blue Mountains is: 11.30am
• 30 minute tuition and safety talk
• Ride out along the plateau with magnificent views
• Stop for lunch at the end of the plateau
• After ride back along the plateau
• Finish time of the ride will be approximately 3.30pm
• Arrival time back at your hotel will be approximately 6.00pm

Things To Bring

We suggest bringing a backpack to carry all your personal items. To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water (on extremely hot days double this amount). We also recommend  sunscreen.  

What to wear: Please wear comfortable and non restrictive clothing for riding (no jeans) and any protective clothing/accessories.We will provide a helmet and gloves for you  to wear. Bring a lighweight wet weather jacket in case of rain.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations received 24 or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
* Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to tour departure will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of full tour cost.
* Please also note that failure to arrive will incur a fee of 100% of full tour cost.

Conditions of travel
The Company reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payments have not been received by the Company within the times specified. It is a condition of carriage that a passenger has paid all tour monies prior to the departure of the tour. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, track closures, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible alternative tour (subject to a refund or payment to cover any tour price difference) or, it this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. A minimum number of 2 persons booked is required to operate our day tours. Where sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, the Company reserves the right to cancel a scheduled departure or request you transfer to another date, if an alternative date is not available your money will be refunded in full. Any special passenger requirements must be notified to the Company at the time of booking. No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the Company, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers.

Pickup/Departure

The Blue Mountains is roughly a two hour drive from Sydney, rather than hassle with various public transport connections, why not let us pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at the end of the day.

Transfers are available for this tour from any hotel in the Sydney CBD or Manly area. Return transfers............. $30 per person
One way transfer............$20 per person
Please note: if the guide is required to do a morning ride clients can choose to travel up early with the guide and have free time in the Blue Mountains until their ride commences, or catch the train to the mountains and choose a one way transfer and we will bring you back to Sydney after the ride.
